Not Quite Finished Yet
I am just playing around with the background at this point. Not sure if I like the light color or not, also have a few tweaks I need to do on the wheels.....I am going to let this set for a few days and then post the finished piece.

Piper, thanks for visiting my blog. I still haven't picked up my pastels yet since I'm in a watercolor class and working on the ATC/ACEO Project on wetcanvas. But this is the second WIP I've been watching on your blog. It is very interesting - and educating for when I do start using pastels. Thank you so much for telling me about wetcanvas. I've been having a wonderful time, and enjoy the extended family of artists!
