The County Fair

I entered these two paintings in our local county fair, Stan did the matting and the framing for them, wish he could win a ribbon for those because he does such a nice job.

Stan matted the Cherries I did from the workshop...can't wait to see it framed

It has been almost a month since I have posted anything...shame on me. It is always a busy time at the beginning of a new school year. Just started this wolf and thought I would show it as I progress, that way I keep working on it. I am using a pastel paper somewhat new to me, La Carte so I am getting a feeling of how painting fur with pastels works on it....so far, so good.
